USA Swimming Registration Information & Instructions

Below are the two USA Swimming registration links — one for the full-price membership and one for the outreach (discounted) membership. Please read through carefully before registering your swimmer:

🏊‍♀️ Membership Options

1️⃣ Full-Price Membership:
For swimmers without financial assistance needs.

2️⃣ Outreach Membership:
For families who qualify for reduced or free lunch programs or are experiencing financial hardship.
To qualify, you’ll need to provide one of the following:

  • A W-2 or tax return showing eligibility, or
  • A free/reduced school lunch approval form or letter from the school.

💳 Flex vs. Premium Membership Types

When registering, you’ll see two options:

  • Flex Membership:

    • Lower cost
    • Allows only 3–4 USA Swim meets per year
    • Good option if you plan to attend just a few meets

  • Premium Membership (Recommended):

    • Covers unlimited meets throughout the year
    • Required if you plan to swim through the spring, summer, or next fall
    • Best long-term option for active swimmers
