New 90 Minute Workouts (Starts Monday, Feb. 7) In helping swimmers get ready for Spring Nationals we have extended several of our workouts to a 90 minute format for more yardage. The following 6 workouts will offer a 90 minute practice. All regular scheduled times have not been changed.
