Hey Everyone, Because of the lightning this afternoon tomorrows afternoon will look slightly different. Tomorrows afternoon session will begin with the 500 Freestyle followed by the 100 Freestyles that were cancelled today. Any other event today will be cancelled. Hey Everyone, Thank you for bearing with us for the schedule conflicts last week. There was some miscommunication between the school district and the city of Rocklin and we were caught in the middle unfortunately. Thankfully this week should be very uneventful with regular practice times M-F. There is no practice on Saturday 11/19 due to the swim meet. Hey Everyone, We were informed today that Whitney High will be unavailable tomorrow evening. We will be moving practice to Rocklin High tomorrow afternoon. The senior and Pre1 group will practice from 4:15-5:45 and have dryland until 6:30. All other group practice times are unchanged. I apologize for the inconvenience. -Coach Andrew
