I would like to take this time to emphasize that our dryland workouts are not extra work or supplementary workouts. The workouts they swim in the pool are informed by what they do during dryland and visa versa. Hey Everyone, This past weekend we had one swimmer competing at the US Paralympic National Championships in Orlando Florida. At his first national level meet, Jesse Miller was able to go best times in all 4 of his events and make top 16 in 3 of them as well as placing very highly in his classification. Hey Everyone, This past weekend we had a pair of meets to wrap up the year for most of our swimmers. We had 8 swimmers travel to ASU for our winter championship meet in Tempe, Arizona as well as 9 swimmers competing at the Matt Casto Memorial meet in Elk Grove.
