How do I get notified about upcoming events?
You'll receive a newsletter via email. It goes to the account you set up through TU, as well as any additional accounts you may want.
In addition, social events will be added to the Storm Aquatics Facebook Page.
How are practice cancellations communicated?
Occasionally, because of pool issues or inclement weather one or more practices may be cancelled. Those notices will be made through e-mail, text message, Facebook post, and on the TU Team Feed (OnDeck App).
Does the team utilize social media?
Our Facebook page is regularly updated to include annoucements, news, event recaps, and pictures from events. Follow the team at: www.facebook.com/stormaquaticswi

Login to your account, from the "My Account" tab, select "Account Info"
From the account info tab, you will be able to add additional emails and phone numbers for SMS text messages.
Please take note that emails and SMS numbers will need to be "Verified" in order to receive communications.
What is the best way to communicate directly with staff?
The best method of communication with our coaching staff is via email, coaches will respond within 48 hours. If you have personal business or questions that require discussion with the coaching staff, please speak to one of the full-time coaches before or after practice sessions. Please do not disturb the coach or athletes during practice. Our full-time coaches are always available to meet with families to discuss goals, concerns, etc.
