Important Dates

November 4th --Preferred Registration for board members, officials, and committee chairs

November 5th -- Registration opens for the winter session for returning families

November 3rd through November 5th -- New swimmer evaluations (Email Coach White to schedule a time)

November 8th --Registration opens for new families

Sunday, November 16th -- Last Day of Fall Session

Monday, November 17th -- First Day of Winter Session

Saturday, February 14th -- Last Day for Non-Regional Swimmers

Sunday, February 22nd -- Last Day for Non-State Swimmers

Monday, March 30th—First day of Spring Session

USA Registration

Only after completing your Storm winter session registration, families should register for USA Swimming at this link (if you didn't do it for the fall session).

#Senior cost is based on a Regional finish; those swimming later championship meets will be billed an additional $50
@Masters rate based on 13 weeks instead of 15, anticipating minor schedule disruptions over Christmas break due to pool availability

Outreach memberships are available to swimmers that cannot afford the full cost of the team otherwise.  Click here for more information.

Two-Payment Option

Swimmers that elect to register in the two payment option will pay annual registration (if needed) + 50% at the time of registration with the remaining 50% billed January 1st.

Multi-Swimmer Discount

If you have multiple swimmers, there is a 2.5% discount off your total registration fees.

Meet & Other Fees

All fees associated with entering meet and any other fees assessed to you will be billed through the website and paid by the payment method you have on file on the first of the month.  

TeamUnify charges a 2.95% + $.30 charge for credit card transactions.   Team Unify only accepts credit card payments for registrations.   You may save a bank account for your monthly fee balance if you wish, which charges a lower rate of $1.25 per transaction. 

New Swimmer Evaluation

New swimmer evaluations are required for all swimmers that are not transferring from another USA Swimming Club.  Each evaluation will take 10-15 minutes to complete.

High School Boys Returning

High school boys wanting to return for the final weeks of the winter session should take the following steps:

1) Email Greg with their start date and what meets they intend to participate in.

2) Register for the winter session for the number of weeks they intend to swim.

3) Register for USA swimming if they haven't registered for the 2026 season.

4) If the athlete is 18, taking the required athlete protection training
