Meet Deadlines Galore

In a short week filled with meets and holiday breaks, we have a LOT of meet deadlines this week.  If you’ve not already wrapped up your meet declarations, you’ll want to handle them TONIGHT so that you don’t miss anything due to festivities.

Grown Up Meet Recap

7 Storm swimmers and coaches took part in the 2^nd Grown Up Meet on Sunday.  It was a blast!  Out of 12 teams, Storm finished 4^th!  There are two meets left in the season if you want to join.

Highway 19 Meet

That was an easy meet last night, right?  With only 3 teams attending, we didn’t have to stay too long, or pay too much, or do too much—it was rather lovely as far as USA meets go.  Keep an eye out for future Highway 19 meets—you’ll see likely one per session, each with a different theme.

Fall Schedule

It seems like the summer has barely gotten underway, but we’ll have new swimmer evals happening in just a few weeks and the fall session starting in two months.  A few folks have asked about the fall schedule—we should have that penciled in next week.  We’ll be using outdoor water as a *last resort* but it’s possible we’ll be at TPC or Fall River again for the fall session.

Practice Changes & Updates

With summer league meets & swim camps going on this week and people heading up north for the long weekend, things are turning into a ghost town at practice. 

Thursday, July 3rd, we’ll have the following change:

Normal AM Practice; No PM practice at East; Typhoon, Senior, Performance, & College – 4:30-6:00P at Sun Prairie West

Friday, July 4^th – No practice

Saturday, July 5^th – No practice
