Full Time Staff
Michael White, Head Coach/CEO
Michael became the first full-time head coach of Storm in August of 2014. Since joining, the number of swimmers on the club has grown from 100 to over 275, making Storm one of the largest clubs in Wisconsin. The team's Wisconsin ranking has grown from 68th in 2013, and is now in the top 10. In 2020, Storm swimmers won multiple events at the WIAA High School State Championships and earned a top 10 NAG time. In 2021, Storm swimmers helped contribute to Sun Prairie High School's first ever boy's WIAA State Championship.
Under Michael's direction, Storm has earned USA Level 3 Club Recognition and Safe Sport Recognition.
Michael is the Age Group Chair and Club Development Chair of Wisconsin Swimming. In 2019, he was elected the Coach Representative of the Central Zone of USA Swimming. Michael has been a member of 3 Team Wisconsin Zone Teams, and was the head coach for the Mid-States All Star team in 2019 and 2020. He was nominated for Long Course Coach of the year in 2017 and won the 2020 Short Course Coach of the Year. In 2021, he won Wisconsin Swimming's Service Award. Prior to Storm, Michael coached for the RAC AquaHawgs (Arkansas) and HYCAT of Huntington (West Virginia). He has a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (2005, Marshall University).

Erin Radermacher, Associate Head Coach
Erin comes to Storm with a unique mix of experiences of the business world and the swim world. Originally from Park Ridge, IL, Erin started swimming at the Lattof YMCA at the age of 6. At Kalamazoo College, Erin graduated Magna Cum Laude with both Math & Physics majors and was the captain of the swim team. During her time at Kalamazoo, Erin coached age group swimmers, worked as a counselor at Nike Swim Camps, and took part in a swim outreach program called Swim for Success.
Currently, Erin works mainly with Cyclone, Tsunami, and Hurricane swimmers.
In her free time, Erin likes to hike, swim, and hang out with her three cats.

Greg Lake, Director of Senior Programming
Greg joined Storm Aquatics in 2023 after a successful tenture as the Head Coach of Waunakee Wave from 2017-2022. Originally, from Springfiled, Illinois, Greg has spent over 25+ years coaching. He has coached swimmers that have won over 100 state titles, as well as National Age Group top 10 swimmers, 14 Olympic Trials qualifiers, 2 USA Junior National Team members, 1 Junior National Champion and meet record holder, and dozens of swimmers that have gone on to swim in college. Prior to coaching in Wisconsin, Greg has coached at CCA and Virginia Gators in Virginia, Elgin YMCA in Illinois, HYCAT in West Virginia, and the City of Cortez Swim Team in Colorado.
Greg is married and has three children and two fur children. In his spare time, he loves the outdoors, cruising on the lakes on his boat, and golf.
Lead Coaches

Lauryn Christianson
Lauryn is a native to Madison, Wisconsin. She grew up as a swimmer and a dancer, spending her summers swimming for Monona Swim & Dive Club. Once in high school, Lauryn focused her attention to swimming and swam four years for Monona Grove and spent some time on local club teams. Lauryn coached for Monona Swim & Dive Club through high school and part of college. She attended UW-Madison, spending one year on the club swim team and graduated in 2021 with a bachelor of science degree in education policy. Now Lauryn works as a full-time employee at the university, and is excited to be coaching again.
In her free time, Lauryn enjoys spending time with her dog Ted, reading and watching sports.

Conner Clark
Conner is originally from Stoughton, Wisconsin. He swam for 11 years before joining the coaching ranks with Storm in 2022. When he isn't coaching, you can find him scuba diving, skiing, or watching football with his dog Cha-ka.
Conner works with most age groups, but can primairly be found with Tsunami and Senior groups.

Emily Doughty
Emily originally coached with Storm from 2018-2020, and returned in 2023. She is from Columbus, Ohio, where she swam for over 10 years and coached for over 8. Emily completed her undergradate degree for Education at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. In college, she swam competatively before trying out Water Polo for a year. While in college, she went home every summer to coach her home team. After moving to Madison, Emily started coaching storm and teaching. Now, she works part time for Storm, helping with various tasks the team needs, including taking headshots of swimmers, posting on socials, serving as meet director, and helping with Safesport requirements.
Emily mainly works with Tropical Storm and Typhoon, but enjoys working with all groups.
In her free time, Emily enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time with her family and dogs, staying at home with her 1 year old son, and crafting.
Sally Harmon
Sally is a teacher in the Sun Prairie Area School District. She is returning to coaching after enjoying many years of being a swim mom. Sally was an assistant swim coach for the Dublin Dolphins in Dublin, Ohio from 1999- 2003. She was their head coach from 2004-2010. She was also an assistant coach for the Dublin Sea Dragons. Sally swam competitively from the age of 9 until her freshman year of college. At that time, she traded in her swim goggles for a bicycle! Sally completed her undergrad at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She was a member of the Miami Flyers Bicycle Racing Team.
Sally is married and has two daughters who swim for Storm Aquatics. In her spare time she enjoys bicycling, hiking and cross country skiing.

Rachel Hawley
Rachel started her swim career at the age of 9 in Hillsboro, OR, swimming for Cornell Court Club summer swim team, before swimming for Tualatin Hills Swim Club for 11 years. She attended Washington State University, graduating with a degree in Zoology. She was a four year letter winner, setting school records in the 100 and 200 backstroke, as well as the 400 medley relay. Rachel was a member of WSU’s PAC-10 team of the decade. Rachel attended the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine to become a veterinarian. She is married with 2 kids (Madison and Owen) and 2 dogs.
Rachel works primarily with Cyclone.
Olivia Krapfl
Olivia swam for 13 years at Fort Atkinson and Luther College. She was an assistant coach for the JHawk team, and a head coach for Fort Atkinson Swim Team for the past 5 years. She competed in breastroke and distance events. She enjoys coaching these as well as butterfly.
Outside of swimming, Olivia works for Carrico Aquatic Resources as a pool technician, and the Red Cross, teaching lifeguard training classes. Outside of the pool, she enjoys camping and art.

Kayla Popke
Kayla has been instrumental to the success of the Storm age group program since joining in 2015. Her passion for the sport began at age 7 when she joined the Piranhas. She was a member of DFAC Swimming, competed for Sun Prairie High School, and was one of the first members of Storm Aquatics. When she’s not coaching, Kayla works as a dental hygienist.
Lodi Coaches

Jerica Robinson
Jerica is the head coach of the Lodi club team. She's been responsible for significant growth in the program and the partnership with Storm Aquatics.

Stephanie is an assistant coach with the Lodi program.
Junior Coaches

Sutter K
Sutter swam for Storm and Piranhas for 6 years. In her free time she enjoys playing volleyball, track, and cross country. She loves coaching because she enjoys spending time with kids! In the summers, Sutter is a lifeguard at the Prairie Athletic Club.

Maddie K
Maddie swam for storm for 6 years before coaching. She currently enjoys running cross country and track, working at the family aquatic center as a lifeguard, and coaching storm!

Addy H
Coach Addy is originally from Green Lake, WI, but has grown up in Sun Prairie. She has been competitively swimming since she was 8 years old. She loves swimming and coaching butterfly! When she isn't swimming or coaching, she enjoys traveling, baking, piano, hiking, and hanging out with her friends, family, and dog, Rosie.

Elaina N
Laina has been swimming for Storm for 10 years, since she was 5 years old. Outside of swimming, she likes to do archery and wightlifiting. She also volunteers at the Sun Prairie public library.

Autumn Patrick
Autumn has been the bookkeeper for Storm Aquatics since January of 2025. A graduate of Sun Prairie High School, Autumn balances Storm with a busy work and personal life.
